How to live life in a day
We constantly face problems and which shrinks our ability to face problems again. We experience stress, anxiety. We can’t be optimistic when life doesn’t treat you well. But still learning few steps to cope with stress we can overcome everything. These are the experiences and the info I gathered from various places.
Practice mindfulness,
Which really means spending time in nature, spending time in nature repairs our neurological system.
If you are stressed and constantly suffer with anxiety try to get into any one of the hobbies, which eases the brain and gives a break to the brain and calms the nervous system.
Get into some physical activity which eases the brain, sweating increases the dopamine secretion.
If you are a busy person, learn to manage your time, set a tracker where you can track everyday reading, read two pages a day which makes us think that we have read two pages a day.
Set alarms for the small tasks that need to be done, so that you don’t miss out on anything like recharging, paying bills.
Give little breaks while working. Read , write, draw or have a chit chat with your friend it’s eases the brain,
Instead of scrolling the screen, involve in something that you do with mindfulness like listening to a podcast, watching a youtube video on your favourite genre.
Learn to organise your tasks, don’t multi task , do one at a time.
Be more careful while pulling out any tasks, be in the moment, don’t work while thinking something else, so that you don’t miss out any tasks.
Have a habit of writing down all the tasks that needs to be done the day before.
Set a structured timing where you will do everything at the planned time.
Like hitting the gym, having a clean routine, decluttering your desk or bag or shelves.
Take a pause before leaving the house, whether we have turned off the stove, turned off the lightsa dn fans, turning off the motor which reduces ten hours of stress thinking about whether we have done it or not.
Learn to do things faster, learn to do work smartly.
Put a checklist where we have to do everything in a day.

Continuous motion makes us to forget about things that puts us into stress. Look for possibility where you can lead and stand infront of everything, which trains your brain to be more responsible. Being responsible trains your brain to do hardworks easily. By leading things, you’ll try to be more responsible and productive to be an example to others. By pretending you’ll become a person you never thought you would become. Any activity that has been done continuously for twenty one days will become a habit as we all know.
Most importantly look after someone, maybe it could be your parents, spouse, pets or kids. It gives us responsibility. Having a reason to go forward in your life. Share your happiness to your loved one, present them gifts, make your loved ones happy.
Most importantly do your everyday tasks with a plan, and love your job. If you couldn’t love your job, think of the reason you still survive in that place. It will give you the reason to love your job. Atleast it feeds you and makes you alive. Also, start working on the person whom you wanted to become side by side, if you are not happy with your job. Don’t complain about your life. Be mature enough take decisions in your life. Never point out someone else for the things that you couldn’t do in your life. If you couldn’t control things that happen in your life , let it go. Don’t stress and be kind to yourself, your time will come. Atleast pretend that you are hopeful. By pretending your perception will change.
Start perceiving things that you desire and yearn. Be obsessed over stuff and manifest that will happen. It has power, universe will help you out. Believe in yourself first. Stay confident. Respect yourself and love yourself in that way you teach people how to treat you.
It’s not something new I’m going to say, but I’m gonna remind you to live in the moment and be happy in the moment, don’t be too hard on yourself. Love yourself more as you love the other person.
Dont rush things, enjoy every sunset, silence, freedom, weather, nature. Even if you get ten minutes spend it wisely, sit on your own, put your mobile aside. Occupy the window seat of your cafeteria and see the grass, leaves, people who pass by, buildings, beauty of life. Notice little things. Start noticing patterns in little things and blend in different universe which heals your inner child.
While eating, you have to eat, while writing you have to write, while reading you have to read only. What I’m trying to say is don’t think of anything else at that moment. Be more aware and present in the activity or task you do.
List out the stuff that makes you anxious, if you realise that you loose your confidence because of the skill. Start learning it, work on builythat skills. Find out the places where you are lagging behind. Work on yourself. So that you’ll gain confidence. Confidence builts positivity in life.
Learn to manage your tasks smartly, and try to complete the tasks in the allotted time. So that you’ll feel more productive. Being productive makes you confident and optimistic.
If you want to practice any one of the hobbies, allot twenty minutes every day. Twenty minutes of investing your time will boost your energy and stimulated positivity.
Give yourself some little breaks to work efficiently. Giving yourself breaks will increase your productivity.
Most importantly, eat clean food. Eating clean food makes you think you are going in the right way.
Engage with healthy people, learn to distinguish people wisely. Know your people, engage with the right set of people because those people create a great impact on you. Healthy people decide your mindset. Never let someone decide your mood. Don’t let someone influence you. Never let someone destroy your peace. Own the room!!!!!
Spend wisely, think twice before spending on something. Give a pause and think whether you really need that. Get over the urge to spend if you find yourself in more depressing state. Try to save more. So that you don’t end up in debt. Don’t try to impress people with materialistic stuff. Right people will always stay even without showing off.

Work on being content in your life, a life without jealousy, guilt, anger is a meditation where we could work on. Work on these things. It gives peace. Those are the real luxury
Unfollow accounts in instagram that makes you anxious. Never consume stuff that makes you anxious. Take a break from social media. Don’t consume information from short videos. Short videos gives intant dopamine rush, which is not healthy for your mind. Prioritise yourself, put your phone on silent mode and involve yourself in a physical activity. Never respond to something that triggers you. Your boundaries must be strong. Never let other person to ruin your twenty four hours in a day. Learn to not take things personally
Start journalling. Journalling makes you to know what you really want. Writing consumes lot of energy
Learn to let go of people. You know what should be done. There is no say in that more than this.
Don’t wait for happiness, create happiness in every single moment of your day.
Find what you really love and work on it every day,so that you will know that you’re going on the right path.
Learn to forgive yourself more, like you forgive your loved one. Treat yourself kindly. Keep yourself happy. Find ways to make you happy. Let go of the past. Most importantly accept and move on.
Invest your time on things that cannot be bought through money
Try new things. If you are afraid of something, do it first. Prioritising it will give you courage and new perception to life.
Stay kind and help others, even if you know they can’t help you back. We never know what people are going through. So be kind.
Never indulge yourself in anything that triggers you.
Dress up well, that gives confidence and gives positivity. Whether you like it or not. Just pretend. By pretending you’ll become one.
Reuse stuff, if something is broken try to fix, if something is torn stitch it rather than replacing it. Try to cultivate that habit. Try to see beauty in everything which makes you build stuff. We’ll disciplined life will help you to stay content. Complete your everyday tasks on your own. Never rely on someone for everything. Do everything on your own which builds self esteem and confidence. Learn new stuff.

There is always a silver lining, so try to find out that lining and have more patience in life.
Be wise enough to know your place in someone else’s life and behave accordingly.

Take enough rest, have a good sleeping schedule so that you’ll be more energetic next day.
Treat people with respect, you are letting others know who you are.

Study the theory which you never knew before, learn the language, learn the new hobby, learn a new skill which you’ve been avoiding for years.
Learn to overcome your fears, try facing it. Be strong enough to face problems that goes out of control. Life is unpredictable, it’s not going to be always smooth. We will face problems. But the thing is we have to cultivate our mind with facing the problems and dealing with it a diplomatic and optimistic way.
